I do offer help in the way of a consultation.  I will ask you to make a list of all of your questions; my desire is to have you feel completely satisfied after we meet.  We will speak on the phone before I come out and depending on your individual needs I will tell you what you should have at the appointment.  (i.e. if you are torn between 3 different tiles for the kitchen I would tell you to make sure you have these samples when I get to your home, so I can address that question.)

The initial appointment is 1 ½ hours and is $ 200.  If you require additional time that day or another day you would be charged my hourly rate of $75.

Sometimes, people get stuck on a challenge they have been having for a while.  They are just so surprised when I solve the problem in what appears to be a very quick time.  Often they want to keep revisiting it and of course this wastes time.  I promise to keep us on track of your initial goals.  However, I do realize that sometimes you may need some extra time to process the information and/or suggestions I give you so I am sensitive to that and if you really do need to review an idea that is perfectly fine.  My goal and intention is to leave you feeling that your money was spent well, by calling me in to help you.
